Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (EAs, Indicators, Scripts)

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the product does not function as described. To be eligible, you must provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or logs. Refunds are processed in the original cryptocurrency used for payment, calculated at the current exchange rate at the time of refund.

2. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Premium) may be refunded within 7 days of the initial purchase only. Renewal payments are not eligible for refund. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing cycle.

3. Physical Products (Trader Gear)

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.

All refunds are processed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. The refund amount will be calculated based on the USD value at the time of the original purchase, converted to the current cryptocurrency rate. Processing time varies by blockchain network but typically completes within 1-3 business days after approval. Upon refund, the associated license key will be deactivated.
